Sebu the Blue

On Friday, June 1st we welcomed our new addition to the family, a little blue deer head chihuahua. We found him at Gizmos Chihuahuas, a breeder from Las Vegas. The Breeder drove our new pup all the way out here so we wouldn't have to ship him since that can be very stressful on a puppy. We named him Sebu (pronounced say-boo) the Blue, he is named after a song called "Sebu" from Veggietales. He is adorable; he has such a cute face and a fun little personality. Although, I was a little disappointed on his size! He is not much smaller than TiKa, we were hoping that he'd end up her size but he is already 2 lbs. 6 oz. at 10 weeks old! TiKa was barely a pound at that age. But he'll be able to withstand the kids easier with the extra weight. According to the chihuahua weight chart he'll end up about 6 lbs. as an adult. The breeder said that he would be only 3-4 lbs as an adult since his parents are about that. He came from two apple head chihuahuas, the dad's name is Malcom, a blue and white chihuahua and the mommy's name is Mandy, a tan chihuahua. Vanessa and Chandler really like him. We bought this puppy for Dave, so it is his chihuahua. He is coming along on potty-training and doing very well with eating and drinking! We are really excited to have him!
